It's really hard to say. A lot of people initially experience sleep disruption, as we might see the first week or so after initiating LDN, or dose escalating. A little bit of restlessness at night. And then after that, it'll kind of settle down, and we might see those deeper states of sleep. But it's hard to say. I would say that's probably the dose for that individual is where they're going to see the best benefit for sleep in general. I don't think there is just specifically a sleep dose.

When someone asked if they needed to taper off Low Dose Naltrexone. I have not seen that. You can just stop use. There's no need to taper and I would say it is safe for all ages. I don't treat pediatric patients, um but i've seen you know I would be comfortable going down to uh, pre-teens and starting LDN with them. My comfort is only because I don't treat those younger cases, but there's no reason that I wouldn't treat someone kind of less than 12 if it was appropriate and seemed indicated. There's no upper age limit either.
